Very Responsive for Booking and Cancelling Trains
I used China highlights to book high speed trains to and from Yantai, Shandong. My plans had an unexpected change, and I was able to contact Vivi via WeChat and have my tickets cancelled and reissued. Vivi also helped me provide options for getting to my destination. I highly recommend Vivi and China Highlights for booking trains especially if you don't have a Citizenship card within China. moreAllen W

Outstanding proactive service
We ordered speed train tickets and they immediately responded and explained how everything would funktion. When the Corona crisis started in China they proactively contacted us and asked if we wanted our money back, which we wanted to postpone as we hoped still go to in March/April 2020. When this was clear not to happen I contacted them again and I got a full refund within 24 hours. I am really impressed with the service and will 100% use them again, when going to China on our postponed vacation. moreRene J

I planned to travel to Shanghai and Beijing on 2/29/20 and had to cancel my trip. Cancelling my train ticket for my travel between the two cities was easy and I received my refund quickly. I still plan to travel to China and will definitely use China Highlights to purchase my tickets again. I can't wait to experience the high speed trains and explore the rich culture and history of China. moreShonda
