Outstanding proactive service
We ordered speed train tickets and they immediately responded and explained how everything would funktion. When the Corona crisis started in China they proactively contacted us and asked if we wanted our money back, which we wanted to postpone as we hoped still go to in March/April 2020. When this was clear not to happen I contacted them again and I got a full refund within 24 hours. I am really impressed with the service and will 100% use them again, when going to China on our postponed vacation.more
